Joe has been involved as a principal advisor in a number of restructuring, corporatisation and privatisation transactions for over 15 years. He has advised in transactions worth in excess of R60 billion, including transactions in the transport, gaming, telecoms, power, mining, local government, etc.
Joe led the team that established aloeCap Private Equity and raised R250 million.
Joe also sits on a number of private company boards (Non–executive) in which aloeCap Private Equity is an investor.
